Shipping policy
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
- Please allow 5-10 business days for shipping. Once you have placed an order, we will confirm receipt of your order by sending a confirmation e-mail to the email address provided at check-out. The order confirmation serves as an invoice and includes your order and tracking number.
- Please verify your shipping address before processing your payment. If you notice your address is incorrect please email us to verify if we can make the necessary changes. We cannot change destination once your package has shipped.
- We do not ship on Holidays. Your order will be shipped the next business day.
- If you place more than one order in a day we will try our best to process the orders and ship them together but in the event that we cannot the orders will be shipped separately.
- Shipping fees are non refundable.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- We offer international shipping from USPS service. With USPS, once packages arrive in the destination country, they are handled by the local carrier in that country. International orders may take an additional 3-5 business days to process after receiving payment.
- Please note that any required customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Upon acceptance of your payment you will receive an email with your order and tracking number.
- We use USPS, Fedex, DHL Express, and UPS for International carriers.
